Clearys dangerous contact was not for the shoulder charge it was different incident, nothing for the shoulder charge, which just amazes me.Absolute proof that he is a protected species.

Not surprising. The media are jerking off about Cleary, he basically has a free pass to get away with things that other players would be slammed for.Clearys dangerous contact was not for the shoulder charge it was different incident, nothing for the shoulder charge, which just amazes me.

My apologies I didn't realise that you had been put in charge.

OK granpa whatever you say.Well smarten yourself up son, I’m taking up residence & I won’t have any of this shabbiness anymore
To play where? His positions are filled and he'll be earning some decent coin at Easts.Watson would have been a great buy off to the rorters
It's been reported that he's going to the roosters for less.To play where? His positions are filled and he'll be earning some decent coin at Easts.
Maybe we didn't resign the others because the Front Office knew the way Cody has been playing, that HE was the one to keep, AND that they were going to have to cough up more than $650K to keep him on?From Fox Sports, A bit about Cody in there,

Now, I've said guys like Gags were a must keep but Cody is an absolute MUST KEEP, MUST RETAIN. He is everything to us. We can't offer him a one year deal, it must be multi-year, multi-million dollars. He is worth every cent. I'm sure (well I'm hoping) that the club has planned for this and that's a big reason why we didn't offer Reyno more than one year.

I never take my membership lightly, but if this happens, it will make me seriously consider what is going on. No threats, and not an easy decision to be taken lightly, but everything will need to be reconsidered......We've stupidly let Reyno go, if we do the same with Cody I definitely won't be renewing my membership. I'll bet I won't be the only one either.
I really, really hope that's the case Botany.Maybe we didn't resign the others because the Front Office knew the way Cody has been playing, that HE was the one to keep, AND that they were going to have to cough up more than $650K to keep him on?
I hope this is the case because we can't afford to let Cody go - we are what we have been because of HIS play this season.

Mate, I don't take it lightly either. However if you are unhappy with moves the club are making, the only way to make them sit up and take notice is to impact the bottom line. You could ring and register your disappointment but that isn't going to do anything. However if you're a long time member like me and you tell them you're no longer renewing and tell them why, that may affect future decisions they make.I never take my membership lightly, but if this happens, it will make me seriously consider what is going on. No threats, and not an easy decision to be taken lightly, but everything will need to be reconsidered......
