If we get an even amount of possession in the second half we will win. They are a lesser team without Cameron Smith as their hooker is severely overrated. Munster has thrown at least 3 forward passes. That Reimis Smith is a f**kwit.

Their hooker would be a perfect replacement for N. Brown.

If we can’t afford Nrown I doubt we can afford Bmith .....
One of the issues is that Nrowns manager is the ex head of junior development and recruitment at the Eels. Let’s just say there was conflict between he and MON, and perhaps with Nrown being his first major negotiation , there’s a line in the sand.

Don’t want to lose him, but that’s life in pro footy, although when the weasel Cronk said that Parra shouldn’t be able to sign all the players coming off contract- drivel coming from an ex Scum and Rooster player .

A great win and a fantastic night at Bankwest. Great Northerns at Sterlos prior then an amazing atmosphere for only 10000 spectators and a game to rival any I've seen there.
God I love Papa. My new favorite player. Sorry Sean, you are now number two.
I'm not sure if BAs game plan suited the rain or the rain suited BAs game plan but we did the job.
A massive call to pick Marata at 4 but one that finished magnificently. Kudos to BA for that gem.
Rheed runs and enguages the markers and magic happens. No one expected it. Not even me. Another "Attaboy" to BA.
Now for a day of replays and absorbing all the media.
Same again next Saturday please.
Go you Mighty Eels.

It felt like a full house at times huh? That's the magic of Bankwest I reckon. Even when it's a third full it can still seem like it's packed when those people are all cheering.
I always considered you a two-thirds-empty kind of bloke.

I don't see it. Are they the new VB? I've tried them, and I know they're very popular. I just don't get why. They taste like the beer I drank when I was a teenager.

mid strengths where the options are pretty limited, northern’s or Xxxx basically it at most places......

some times there is iron jacks which is cat piss.....

Marata "centrekuiore"
Absolutely immense..he hammered olam
Felise Kaufusi should cop 2-3 weeks. Absolute grubby act from a grubby player

Are you serious? He cocked his elbow and slammed a guys head into the ground. That left Matterson unconscious for a while and concussed. Then he had to leave the field and not return.

Firstly a penalty and going on report is not a fair and just punishment while we lose a vital player for the rest of the game. Where is the deterrent in that decision? It is almost and encouragement to take out a teams best where possible.

But what is even worse is that Matterson has now been concussed at least twice in around 8 months. I don't know how many times Matterson has been knocked out overall, but he could have more and as we know the more you have the easier it is to get knocked out again. We don't need to look any further then Friend, Keary and Cordner at the Roosters.

They are all maybe a concussion away from retirement or at least very limited as to the way they approach a game and play, not to mention the ramifications of a life of head trauma induced disease waiting for them in the future.

So with all that in mind the NRL should come down on this type of offence very hard so as to make it clear to all that recklessly and or deliberate hits to a blokes head, that result in concussion, the penalty will be immense.

In my opinion Kafusi should have firstly been sent off once Matto was obviously knocked out/concussed and would not be returning. Then he should front the judiciary and since his offence can be argued both either reckless and or deliberate, the penalty should be in the 6-10 weeks for a first time offender.

If he ever fronts the judiciary for a similar offence, 12-16 weeks. Reckless and or deliberate head shots, with all we know now and the severe negative impact to the victims short and long term livelihood/career and add to that the damaging affects to their long term health, it is mandatory that the NRL get this right.

I would give Kafusi 8 weeks for that offense.

True. I wonder if the Penisini aims up in defence. How far away is Cartwright?

Does he realise we have MJs money which would be 300-350k along with Fergos 500k? That's 850k just there.
