Best bit is peace and quiet. Nearest neighbours are 3km away. I have my own land and I can do what I want on it.

Lot to be said for peace and quiet, I lived in the Nepean district Rooty Hill, Glenmore Park for 50 years, moved to Scone 2 years ago and absolutely love it, aside from the Brown Snakes it’s perfectBest bit is peace and quiet. I guess when we lose you can venture outside and kick the cow patty around to relief the frustration?

How cold did it get that day?
I regularly have winter mornings of -8 and 10 where I live in the heart of winter. Believe me, that is freezing that you don't want to get out of bed.
Near Crookwell.
I have been out that way. Did a spot of fishing in Pejar.
Nice and quiet. Some good land out there. The Windfarms near the town are always pleasant to see going.
You must be on the feet side of politics.
You would be mistaken sir. I am no greenie.
