I watched a replay of the game. I think Warner wasn't sure, but since there was a noise Warner thought he must have hit it and didn't want to waste a review. I'd say a creaky bat handle cost him his wicket.

Still good to see him back in form. We're gonna need him to have another good game if we're to be a chance of winning this. We already know not to expect much from Finch.

If we win this NZ would have to be very cross at Devon-Brain Conway...he's probably their best T20 bat right now and he breaks his hand punching his bat like a man dropped to fourth grade for averaging 16.

Still think NZs bowlers look very good when the opposite is Fatty Finch and the Moderate Show

Not sure there will be a whole lot of smugness. The reality is both semi's could have just as easily gone the other way. We only scrapped by South Africa in game one. If we lose that we're dusted right there. The hiding England gave us will still be fresh.
Maxwell plays a high risk high reward game, but the rewards haven't really been there and we're now approaching sunk cost fallacy with him. Finch is useless against quality bowling so expect him gone in the first or second over.

NZ have a great bowling attack and we've seen how destructive guys like Neesham and Mitchell are if they stick around. Guptill had a quiet game, so that's probably not happening twice in a row.
I'd expect another tight game that could go either way depending on the little things.
