Yeah and they all play out of 2 stadiums. How shit boring is that. All the Melbourne clubs have zero identity and there is no difference between them except the colour of their jerseys. Luckily we aren't going down that path.
They all play out of 2 stadiums? Better tell Perth, Fremantle, Adelaide, Sydney. Even Brisbane is getting a upgrade IIRC.

Sydney rugby league teams should be playing out of SFS, Parra and the refurbished Penrith. Even Gosford should be considered.

Cowboys have their brand new stadium.
Broncs have Suncorp, also possible upgrade.
Titans have CBUS.
Knights have MJ stadium.
Storm have AMMI.

Canberra is meh and as is Warriors.

Accor for Origin, GFs, Tests when the ARLC get serious about IRL and special event Club matches like ANZAC etc….

Sorry about hijacking Crowd figure forum with stadium talk, but it’s undeniable that the shit infrastructure of the latter creates a considerable problem in relation to the former..

Id like to see win and Newcastle finished
new stadium to share for tigers and bulldogs
presuming manly and Cronulla are getting some lipstick on the pigs
that pretty much sorts everyone in nsw out as long as clubs make sensible choices on where to play games and takes stadia quality out of the equation for poor crowds

My point is taking away home grounds and forcing 8 clubs to share 2-3 stadiums would be incredibly boring and a terrible outcome for the sport. I don't know how AFL fans in Melbourne do it with none of the clubs having a real home ground. Cheapens the whole league.

Luckily it will never happen in Sydney.

It

It’s ok once the nsw govt finish rugby league will have better grounds than afl

and they will be located close to clubs not two central stadia like Melboring

Pity no one in Shitney will ever go to those grounds to watch.
Too busy at the beach.
12K Averages. lol.

What NRL team is averaging 35k?

Brisbane have a city of several million to themselves and aren't
Is it surprising that the top 3 teams attendances are usually not sydney clubs or that the sydney clubs with the best attendances are playing in bigger more modern easy to get to stadiums?

It really is form.

4 Sydney clubs higher average than Storm. 2 of whom play in stadiums that people on here want gone.

When you break it down further.

Penrith is the 2nd most attended venue.

Even Brookvale Oval has had more people on average go to it then. Places like Melbourne.

Hasn't been updated but Leichardt at 17k too is above some modern 'plastic' stadiums

What's wrong with Sydney stadiums?
* I've heard whispers of a new grandstand at Leichhardt
* Penrith is getting a brand new stadium
* Brookvale has a new grandstand and maybe will get more
* Shark Park is getting some refurbishment and potential for more
* Campbelltown & Kogarah are okay and have some relatively new facilities
* New SFS for Souths and Roosters
* Parramatta have the marvellous CommBank
* Canterbury can play half/half at Belmore and Accor (keeps Accor happy)
* If need be, 5 or so random games can be played at Accor to keep them happy, maybe as Friday Night 'blockbusters' e.g. Penrith could host Souths and try and get 30k+

You are right Iamback, but half of these people have probably never left Danbourne or McGowanville

Parra used to get 28,000 at the old (mid '80s) stadium when it was new. It dwindled down soon enough.

Even with Penrith Park being out of action for a couple of years, this doesn't seem very likely.
