Can't believe the empty grandstands for a double header, covid restrictions? Prices?

If I was in Sydney, I'd be there.

Well it's only a trial and for the Panthers vs Sharks match atleast they didn't really have many NRL players on show.

Not sure about this next match. But it's only really a reserve grade trial. With the best players possibly being an outside chance for Round 1 spots

Yeah, I get all that but I live in Cairns and don't see much top footy. I drove an hour and a half each way to watch my Pride v Cowboys Young Guns in Tully last week.

When I come down with a mate for Origin, we stay after and watch 3 or 4 games on the weekend following.

I'm as happy as a gay man with two assholes now the footy's back on. December and January are the deadzone on TV every year for me.
