Good game marred by puzzling calls by Klein and the bunker who couldn't help but put themselves in the spotlight.
Cronulla fell away a bit in the 2nd half. Their tactic of isolating Luai and Crichton was working well until Penrith found another gear.

Man I did plenty of hard yards working, but no hard inches… 😂😂
I work in investment banking and it is f**king wild. A mate of mine at a previous bank found one of the big wigs in the shitters with a young assistant at a christmas party. Was called into a meeting the next monday and was asked what he needed to keep his mouth shut.

He's 27 and just bought a 3 bedroom place in Bondi himself. So his request went well.

I would have rimmed him while she was gobbling him for that.

The good thing about teams coming hunting for us is most of the team are prepared to grind through it and come back later in the game when they're unable to stick to that intensity.

We still have a few that panic when behind. But thankfully the spine are pretty composed and happy to grind it out. Nathan really helped settle the team when they were thinking they needed to score on every play.

Api is so seriously underrated. Once he's gone Panther's will be fringe top 4 at best. Kenny starting at 9 for a season. Next year's already a write off IMO.

Having 20 unanswered points put on you is not something you want in the aftermath of this game to be a real contender. Of course the likes of the DT, NRL 360 and Foxsports will have you believing differently.

The Sharks tried their best, but I thought they didn't pace themselves in that first half and burned too much nervous energy.

I do hope they make the top 4 though.

Hopefully for the Sharks it will be a huge learning curve. The game is past Graham IMO, Wilton wilted and the likes of Fifita get too loose. Hynes got schooled. Tracey was awesome though.
