Why ? the bunker will jump on everything because of all the bullshit the clubs and coaches have been pulling .
The coaches are to blame for all the rule breaking that they know being harsh

Because there was not a single second that he appeared concussed. He immediately sat down and grabbed his balls.

The bunker is supposed to have a billion screens, but the doctor couldn't watch the footage of him being kicked in the balls despite the fact we saw it twice?

The doctor seems to have just seen him stay down and ignored anything outside of it, then made their decision. That is blatant incompetence and he/she should no longer be employed by the NRL.
