It will always crack me up how everybody happily turns a blind eye to this. It’s just tall poppy syndrome wanting us to lose.
Yeah I get the focus on the head, honestly I do. But at the moment, if you were 20-all with time up, you'd just duck your head and cop one in the head to get a penalty. It should also be incumbent on the ball runner to stay in a decent position.
And "crushers" like those shouldn't attract a penalty. If the attacker turns his back in the tackle, he's inviting it.

Players who aren’t deadshits have easily adapted to prevent it happening.
