Could anyone find the crowd at the SCG tonight's
Anyone know what the Wallabies v Pumas crowd was ? The stadium looked 70% full, so I'm guessing maybe 30k ?A little under 32000, I’m watching the game now on delay and it was announced late in the game. Will be interesting to see how close th Warriors can get to it.
So that’s increased crowds, increased ratings, increased participation and increased sponsorship. The only thing that’s stayed stable is the endless whinging of certain LU correspondents.NRL on track to break all-time crowd records as fans flock to footy
More people are going to matches to watch live rugby league than at any stage in NRL history.www.smh.com.au
They had crowds over 80000 back in the 90s. One over 91000 from memory. There is a huge kiwi population there and I will not be surprised if they get over 80000 this time. It will be very pro kiwi though.Anyone know what the Wallabies v Pumas crowd was ? The stadium looked 70% full, so I'm guessing maybe 30k ?
The commentators say they are expecting 80k at the MCG for Bledisloe 1, I cant rember Union pulling crowds that big in Victoria, so I'll believe it when I see it.
They`ll get 80k (or whatever) once, and then when the Melbourne public see what a hopeless rabble they are they`ll be lucky to pull 40k in any other games played there in the near future.Anyone know what the Wallabies v Pumas crowd was ? The stadium looked 70% full, so I'm guessing maybe 30k ?

They had 53,000 sell out on a Thursday night at Marvel last year. And in 2007 they drew 80,000 at the MCG.They had crowds over 80000 back in the 90s. One over 91000 from memory. It was played at CommBank, so crowd would have been in the 20Ks considering the venue can only hold 30K.Anyone know what the Wallabies v Pumas crowd was ? The stadium looked 70% full, so I'm guessing maybe 30k ?
What's Rugby like to watch live ? I've never been to a game, but I'd rekon it's made for TV.They had 53,000 sell out on a Thursday night at Marvel last year. And in 2007 they drew 80,000 at the MCG.
I wouldn’t consider that Marvel crowd to be pro NZ though. It seemed 70% Australian.
Kiwis do bring huge support to Bledisloes here - it’s their biggest event and the packages from NZ sell out well in advance. I’ve been to heaps of bledisloes and it always feels Australian 70/30. But the kiwis seem to get a lot more involved.
In NZ the crowds are Kiwi 95/5 though!
Haven been to a test for a decade. It depends on the referee. Most ruin the games. End of story. What's Rugby like to watch live ? I've never been to a game, but I'd rekon it's made for TV.
