Prop Jacinta Carter is a fierce competitor – she runs hard, tackles hard and as Queensland Under 19 coach Deanne Turner puts it, “she’s a workhorse”.

Carter impressed for Wynnum Manly Seagulls in this year’s BMD Premiership to get a second run in the Queensland Under 19 side.

Strong performances for the Queensland Rubys at the Harvey Norman Women’s National Championship solidified her position.

Sienna Lofipo is grateful to be in the position she’s in this year.

The 18-year-old playmaker helped steer Wynnum Manly Seagulls to the BMD Premiership grand final and picked up a NRLW contract with Gold Coast Titans.

She was named 19th player in the Harvey Norman Queensland Maroons Game II squad and will go up against New South Wales as part of the Queensland Under 19 team on July 13.

Queensland Under 19 weapon Gabriel Satrick's rugby league journey started in Yarrabah near Cairns and he's now at Melbourne Storm, learning from Queensland Maroons hooker Harry Grant.

The 18-year-old finished his schooling at Ipswich State High School and played for Ipswich Jets' Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup side last year prior to heading to Melbourne.
