But that's why fans get annoyed.

Every raider fan knows rapana rides his luck with his behaviour. It's just frustrating to see two incidents of foul play both picked up by the video ref treated differently.

Crowe was quoted saying this the other day. Said it's a barrier to getting US fans because it doesn't happen in the NFL to the same extent.

That's where refs need to use their discretion... he was behind the play, no risk of injury... play on while the trainer attends to him
