You know what we will be talking about next year, our shortage of props,our lack of go forward,our usage of 2nd rowers in the front line,our pack being dominated and overrun. We didnt need wighton,good as he is, we needed adam clune to teach ilias back in reserves, and penriffs smith and newcastles croft as new forwards with wightons money.
Now i have heard ilias will be in reserve grade to sharpen up his game and cody 7 wighton 6 latrell will have to stay at FB because weve noone else and munro raw as he is will need to start on the wing, thats the only way forward, but with our pack dominated limiting our dominance our backline will struggle

Everyone is upsett and seething and uninformed, we get zero actual news from the club, when i saw latrell being worked on by an outside physio i knew the shit would hit the fan, this shouldnt of been allowed and showed no confidence in farrars team, that calf couldnt of been a strain, id say he tore that muscle clean, 2 months and still not right.
I admitt alot of media is absolute bs but i think the team was playing injured most of the year and maybe a change of the high performance team was necessary.
But i understand 1 thing, the team was not worked hard enough,when u hear that they played basketball at training instead of hard work,somethings wrong

That’s right. They were injured all year. So why all the doom and gloom about roster and support staff.
what happened to south’s is no different to what happened to the broncos last year.
when guys do leg injuries like 90% of souths injuries were. Fitness is lost. When you have 5 or 6 forwards with legs injuries during the year all that work in pre season is out the door. They were cooked by the end of the year. Judge them on next year. Don’t bag them out about this year. It’s done. Time to move on.

At least we now know why the famous graham defence went missing the last few games, apart from the sternum injury he did a shoulder,he will go under the knife for repairs and has dropped out of rep duties

Dont rate him,27years old, 105kg lightweight played at 4 nrl clubs and wasnt good enough, plays for dolphins reserves and bennet didnt use him so you tell me.
Id rather we pickup from 2nd grades a young prop 22/24 and give them a go.
Have u actually heard news or your speculating?

Agreed. This lot need to be anti-depressants imagine living with them? Oh gee Hawkins is gone..... Farah is gone... No Props etc etc. But these dummies have entirely missed the MAIN issue. The Head Coach it all starts with him. Why did this idiot rave on about "back-end of season" for months? And give Burgess and Mitchell far too much AWOL? Bet he will never say or do that again. And why was the squad incapable of defeating no-hopers St George and Canterbury or even a dodgy Canberra despite missing key players?? Why did he TWICE play Hawkins-Kennar in a backline and surrender any chance against St George and Gould's no-hopers when all the squad required to make the playoffs was to win ONE of these?? And why did dopey Demetriou scupper the deal with Young and dump a tough young prop HE SIGNED in Suluka-Fifita? The HC is THE central problem here and until its confronted SSFC will become irrelevant.

I don’t even know how to respond to this. What a ridiculous comment. Hes just been told to leave the worst team in the league. He’s as stock standard as you get. Would be a woeful signing. He’s not better than any of ur current props we have.

I have a couple of insiders that have over the years whispered many choice morsels of info, im hearing offers of 900k
Im sure he isnt worth that much and we cant have that much to give him, he isnt at that level and consistency is a big thing,he is off and he is on, and we were looking at using him at prop. He is holding out if he was going to sign before nov1 he would have.
Weve banked it all on him not chasing props and its backfired im sorry to say
