Here’s a useless opinion

Cleary at Origin level plays like a shorter and slightly quicker version of JA. Tedesco was worse than useless, can’t pass or tackle, but as a Rooster he will never get dropped or criticised.
That thing that he has started doing when he is running across the line and stretches out his ball carrying arm like it’s a wing makes me want to throw a rock at the tv.

I think origin has shown that the Penrith of the last few seasons was a champion team but not a team of champions.
Great club players but not great origin players.

NSW have lost its way. Playing in a Victorian looking jersey which was embarrassing.

Picking blokes who would rather play for Samoa then NSW. Say what you want about QLD but most of those blokes like Tino put there hand up for Australia after playing for QLD and it means more to them.

While the Penrith blokes were already talking about Samoa during origin camp last year.

Yep. A lot of the NSW players don't have the Blues jersey as a priority. They like playing Origin because it's a big event, not because they will do anything for NSW. Freddy and Alexander are responsible for that.

NSW got what they deserved. At Full time i didnt feel disappointed just vindicated which was sad. As I knew the team wasn't right one.

Fittler/Brandy and the Penrith connection bar Yeo have made NSW so unlikeable its unbelievable.

Paulo isn't an origin player I hate to say it but he has fluked his way to 10 games for NSW. He hasn't been playing consistent enough at club level to deserve consistent selection. And after 10 games hasn't taken an origin by the scruff of the neck like the great forwards.

Yeo is ineffective in attack for NSW too. QLD have worked him out.

Another thing that makes me feel like the universe has turned is we met Justin Hodges at a function last night and is one nicest blokes in a world.

I grew up hating him with his grubbiness on the field but I can't look at him the same now after what a legend he was towards us spoke to us brought us a beer from the bar and genuine down to earth bloke who was so just awesome.

Do Storm play this week as Munster rocked up at the casino at 3am. Alfie Langer and Nate Myles were in there as well.

Munster was taking selfies with fans and looked like he was ready to kick on to sunrise. I had enough by then but when i left but Alfie still had his kit on at that stage his chin barely reached the bar he is that small.

Nsw is like a metropolitan city and qld are like from the country.

Nsw players have some passion for the state but they won't die for it but qld will

He mate 90m on 30mins last night to be the most effective nsw forward on metres per minute. His first spell coincided with nsw getting back into the game. He wasn’t amazing, but he played the battering ram role as Freddy wanted

Paulo and Martin were clearly the best forwards last night and the genius coaches had them on the bench playing fewer minutes than plods like TPJ and Haas.

if they continue with Tedesco over even Edwards or Gutho, tells you there’s a level of incompetence.

Ahead due to a 100% no try from Api. Anyone with eyeballs saw he knocked the ball on before regathering. Refs did their best to win it for nsw

nothing about Cleary was great. Especially how he failed to lead his team to victory with the calls going their way, a 2 player bench advantage, and a numerical advantage on the field. He was a 4-5 out of 10 which is about his average in origin. He’s a dud rep player mate no 2 ways about it.

LOL

Edwards should be there. Teddy is stifling nsw attack. I’d have Gutho ahead of teddy too, but not edwards.
