QLD wins because they have more desire, want, belief and pride in the jersey and what it represents. I don't believe you assessment on the NSW side of the equation. Same with the fans. Most Qlders love anyone that pulls on the qld jersey. I reckon most of us in NSW hate about half the NSW team every year. If origin died not too many in NSW would really give a shit. We just want our NRL club to do well.

It's got me baffled why experts think Cody Walker would solve NSW problems in attack.

Fmd Freddy had to send a search party out for him on his debut back in 2019.

Then in 2020 he was in the halves that lost to the worst QLD team ever.

Throw in how many preliminary finals has he bottled. And can't control his temper.

If it was the end of the world and our last 2 options were Luai and Walker.

I would rather see the cat that played last night again then see Walker in a NSW jersey ever again.

That is exactly the difference between the two teams. It hasn't changed in decades and it f**king shits me.
When there were clutch situations last night, it was them that had more desire to get to the loose ball, make the last ditch tackle, jump higher for the ball on high kicks, make a try saver tackle etc.... The 1%'ers.
I intently watched these items and more, and they were well ahead on all accounts. It's why we got smashed.

I believed last night that we actually had the squad to win, but Qld do pretty much everything right almost every time the series is under the pump for both teams.
NSW just doesn't have the same pride in their jersey.
