Maybe not a Mill for the Cows & Storm but not far off
maybe 580K for the last game & 420K for the first game yesterday
close to 2 Mill for the 3

thats on top of 1.5 mill for Sat , & 1 mill for Friday

4.5 Mill for 7 games , but... only 2 with FTA
outstanding numbers

What do you reckon the total was with origins ?

over nine ?

is that one of the biggest rounds in history I wonder

Penrith being without their best player for six weeks is an issue

players face greater risk of injury playing two games so close together
its been happening for 40 years
Brisbane sides of the past , & the great Raiders team of the late 80's early 90's had 10 players missing each , no byes for anyone back then

they dealt with it

you fix whats broken

big crowds & record TV ratings for the present set up say .... its all fine.
I was happy they tried end of season origin and we realised it didn’t work

the current system is flawed

there may be no better solution

and crowds usually slump during origin

we had 12k two weeks ago which you ignored

every system has flaws , wether any others would be any better is the question & the answer i think is categorically no they wouldn't

We had 12K because it was souths & their over rated support & accor being a dog for most club games.
that game not affected by origin doesn't do that much better crowd wise , making your observation irrelevant which is why i ignored it

crowds held up quite well during origin last year & it seems they are this year too

Really? I completely missed that. Has it lost its prestige? Used to be essential viewing.
Started declining in the early 90s. Writing was really on the wall in 1999 when the holders Man Utd pulled out of the following season's competition to play in some half-assed FIFA club tournament in Brazil.

Still pulls 80k for the final. Mancunian derby this year. Apparently I missed the national anthem performed by a singer in BDSM costume.

You said earlier that you lost interest between Origin and finals. Could be that you're looking for reasons to be miserable.
