Rivalry is built on the Roosters 90s transit lounge and the class divide.

Its the rich snobs vs the Aussie battler essentially. The Roosters don't pass the pub test.
We pass the gentleman‘s club test, though.
You guys are those two in the four and twenty pie ad watching us in the window dining on oysters and lobster while you’re munching on your shitty pie asking, “do ya reckon they know what deh missin’?” And no, we don’t no what were missing but tell us lol

Riff to a tee!

Four and twenty pies from experience are sh*t anyway, more pastry than meat and they’re from Victoriania (it autocorrected lol)

I prefer Scott’s meat pies, they have more meat filling. Apparently they’re from Redfern so at least their pies are going to well-fed Rabbitohs fans instead of AFL beanstalks.

Your hatred is built on a false narrative, though. They weren’t pinched. Your club took the dirty Murdoch dallar that divided the game which they clearly weren’t comfortable with and instead accepted the clean, hard-earned money from a car salesman.
OK Freddy and Sing didn't want to go to SL but Gus actually walked out on us in the middle of the '94 season to go to Easts, before anyone had even heard of Super League. Together the trio saved your club from merging with the Dragons in the mid 90's.

They certainly were great for our club but if you listened to the Rugby League Digest podcast, it was in fact SL that stopped the merger. The ARL suddenly needed more clubs not less, to get a decent sized comp up and running.

This game completely boils down to the fullbacks, may the best in NSW lead their side to glory and the loser never again be spoken of for representative selection outside of Italy.
Nah Edwards rushed back from injury too fast and he's only at Teddy level right now.

I feel like it will come down to the centres. Roosters have an edge in the centres... but if Alamoti and Tago aim up and do their job defensively that makes things a lot harder for Roosters.

Oh and how will Cleary go with Crichton running at his f**ked shoulder? Meh even with one shoulder I expect him to defend better than Tago.

Here we go, Cleary injured. Let's all watch Yeo and Co bring back the illegal blocking to protect Cleary, all of which will go unchecked.

Yours would have too if they were threatened with the boot.
