The Council is atrocious, Not much they do, the streets High St Henry St should be full of Colour.. They probably Rooster Supporters. 5 years of nothing from them. Footage of 1990, 1991 puts them to shame.

For better or worse the world has changed a lot in 30 years and while I would love to see the town decorated, I can understand why it isn't.

First of all there is just the cost of whatever it is you are going to decorate with, not to mention the wages of people you would need to use to get it up. All sorts of OHS issues come into play with hanging anything, and as ridiculous as it sounds if anything they put up were to fall and hurt someone if the proper risk assessments hadn't been done, there would be all sorts of trouble.

Take it further and look at all the businesses in places like Westfield and they just aren't allowed to. Westfield themselves are extremely rigid in what they allow stores to do in the centre in terms of window displays and that's before you get into the restrictions a lot of companies put on their own stores.

It's sad but those days are gone.

It's true but. As shit as he played Maloney should have iced it when it got back to 20 all.
Terrific comeback. Ashley Klein played his part in that game too.

Nathan had a great opportunity to level it up from right in front with four minutes to go but screwed it wide.

It was certainly a missed opportunity, I still feel the pain of losing that game.

Usually, just a lurker here, been a Riff fan since the early 70s so seen plenty of average years and copped plenty of shit from other once high-profile team supporters. If we get the job done on Sunday night we will become the greatest team of all time team, at least since the salary cap era. My thinking is if we can negate Grant from running at dummy half we can shut down a lot of their attack which is where Hughes gets most of his breaks.
Go the Riff.

If our forwards play to 85% of their potential im not sure Melbourne will have any answers

I know it’s not a particularly bold thought but I have a sneaking suspicion Cleary is going to be on a mission on Sunday. He’s talked many times since about how much he’s blamed himself for 2020 and how he’s used it to never make those mistakes in the big one again. The guy is wired different and I’m sure he would played this game in his mind a psychotic amount over the years.
