Any truth to the rumour that 1000s of Dragons fans that were at the game have rung the nrl wanting to give evidence that they all witnessed hom bite the other guys nose (hoping he gets a lengthy suspension)

This was mentioned in a press statement about the judiciary from Clint Newton that the Terror reported on yesterday. All players who are fined by the judiciary, the money goes into a player hardship fund.

I would be happy with Flanno out of the team for a while, but Critta can go f**k himself. The amount of times he blew shit out of his nose during the game... get your filthy nose outta people's mouths.

It is 100% Critta's fault his nose was in Flanno's mouth. I reckon we'll see some interesting arguments around Critta being the aggressor, disease spreading actions, mouth guard blunts impact, was his nose bleeding before the incident, is there evidence of teeth mark and does it match Flanno's dental records.

Entertaining hearing with 1-2 weeks is my guess.

Buzz reckons Flanagan gets off and Crichton gets charged. Definitely nothing to do with Buzz being a dribbling old merkin who just so happens to be best mates with the blokes dad.

Judiciary chairman Geoffrey Bellew has asked the panel members to leave the room. There is legal discussion about the directions that Bellew will provide to the panel about who the onus of proof is on.

Mr Bellew told McCallum and Perenara: “You must be satisfied that it is more probable than not that a bite was inflicted by player Flanagan.”

The NRL's legal counsel is Lachlan Gyles SC said that the onus is on the NRL to establish that there was a bite and once he had done so it was up to Flanagan to prove that it wasn’t intentional.
