Papua New Guinea remain the most enjoyable international Rugby League team.

No bullshit hype that surrounds the likes of Tonga, England or Samoa.

Just a committed, hard working group that gets the job done.

Fiji were woeful.

No structure at all or leadership, despite Tui's great effort up the middle. Clearly out coached I think.
Both teams good enough squads but there was a huge gap after 20 mins between the two. Way too much ad lib footy from Fiji. They wavered between ad lib footy and nothing at all. Effort but no execution. That surely comes down to prep.

PNG had familiar combinations which meant they only had to gain field possession and they could put it together . They wanted it more and ambushed the favourites. PNG well deserved win.
