This game is like a mirror image of last years round 5 game at Shark Park with the home side dominating for a quarter and then going off the boil and the visitors clawing back the game over the rest of the duration. In both cases I think a lot of it is a mental thing

I didn’t have the sound on, but I assumed that since they called it as caught in goal, what happened after would be irrelevant as it should be a dead ball. If they called anything other than that, it’s a f**k up I reckon.
I think it’s because they didn’t blow the whistle until after the tackle was completed.

I understand what you’re saying, but as long as the game wasn’t unnaturally affected by a mutual infringement they tend to go with where the play ended up.
