I'm not sure what there is to understand tbh? Suaalii (and Riki) were both reckless.

The Wallaby put himself in a reckless position where he could clean up Walsh, and he did. Badly. Riki might have been lucky, but that's the difference. You just can't fly in like a scud missile and take a lads head off. If Murray had slipped Riki would be sent off too, and rightly so, because he was reckless.
...but...what I'm saying is, he doesn't hit the player high if the attacker doesn't fall. The defender can't predict the future. High is high, sure but the slip has to be considered simply because it directly causes the issue however unfortunate that may be.

And what I'm saying is the difference between a sin bin and a send off in a situation where the defender is blatantly reckless is head contact. Especially forceful head contact, with a shoulder, and no arms. It doesn't matter if the defender slips. The defender is reckless. Suaalii sure as shit was.
