I mean I think it's useful at stopping what it was meant to stop. But the blanket dead in goal is 7 tackles is classic full NRL retread stuff

Maybe make t for kicks from a certain distance or something. IE not attacking kicks at the end of a set.

Which is how super league (UK) implemented it back in the day. Not sure it is still that way but it was great.
