Nothing wrong with the obstruction rule. It is a good rule.
The problem is teams/coqches clearly don’t spend enough time practicing the decoys and understanding the rules.
They’ve literally got no restrictions on the time they have to practice this stuff.
But they rather practice wrestling all the time.
