Yes, well spotted. I wasn’t sure of his deal tbh with my SGI L plates.

Poor old Adam Douhie, 9 months is looking like 2 seasons, whispers of retirement.

Just before he re-signed, our club was in chaos and his manager tried to use this as leverage for a 750k or 800k payday.

We pushed him off his high horse, met him in the middle, then he gets badly injured.

That’s Karma.

At least Corey is grateful and humble. He can hobble out at sponsors meetings and flirt with their wives and girlfriends.

The white nofo,( used to be the games most handsome player by a hundred lengths until he went to Melbourne).

SGI Heart-throb Corey Allen. May not be able to play, but can otherwise represent the club in many positive ways.

Good to hear Villiami Fifita has had a good pre-season & should feature in 1st grade this year. He's had some big wraps on him. He'll add some much needed size to our pack. A couple of other youngsters got wraps too.

Kyle & Hunt halves combo pretty much locked. Flanno indicated that Kyle's organising skills should help take some of the burden off Hunt, allowing him to play a more natural running game.

Flanno was in charge of Manlys A was very interesting.

Also note the comments about vdub. He must have been reading our vdub thread and picked up ideas lol.

Defence and grinding is the new order.

He wants everyone out of the box fast, but concedes it will take the boys a little while to learn his game properly.

He’s hoping to get the best from Kyle.

Get the defensive structure right for most of the game, backing each other up.

Don’t forget guys, as amazing as he is, Cleary cost his side 2 tries in the grand final and it’s regrettable that Kenny wasn’t praised more highly for his try.

He is was in the right position, getting involved and anxious to be on the play.
A lot of good footy, it’s unseen.

The interviewers audio is poor, should be fixed because they were good questions.

Why do I get the impression you are a bigger Dragons fan than me, Phantom? Appreciate all your commentary and interest in our struggling club.

Thanks, I really appreciate that. I’m having a swing.

I’ve had an strong interest in SGI for awhile now anyway. Good club, passionate fans.

It probably takes decades to be called as a patched fan.

I only found out quite recently the red v is actually scarlet. I thought the steelers were mainly represented by the socks with the odd striped uniform at WIN.

I wish you had a better board.

I was just on the Flanno again, and some more positive news.

He was in charge of Manlys attack last season and they finished in the positive for the for and against.

He said that Seibs gave him “ full atonomy”

This f & a eclipses 3 teams who finished ahead of them, including a couple of “prestige clubs” deep into the finals.

To me that’s kinda counter intuitive and mysterious given that he’s a recognised defensive coach who frequently wins tight games.

I am not sure Lomax sees himself as a winger… could be a way to free up another $700k of cap space for the 2025/2026 rebuild..
