I get that - but I also understand it as the one place we are getting any sort of data from. I mean its not like you are going to take Roy Morgan seriously now is it...
The argument there being what? That when you get something for free that you have to go along with their agenda? Well, I suppose you do you.

Seriously, I'm surprised that you haven't just signed up for selected portal access yourself. You'd still have access to all your metro, regional and demo breakdowns for any sport you want. I mean, you seem to spend a heck of a lot of time on this but maybe it's just an obsession rather than something you want to become professional at. If you do get access, just adjust it to whatever specific metrics you want and your portal access cost gets reduced. Remember though - they're always trying to upsell you. Bloody relentless in fact.

As for Roy Morgan, I've seen you post their surveys so what's your point there?

Guy means well - even if he blocked me on twitter lol - , but the 130% AFL estimate is wrong, even though the data it is based on appears sound. While the NRL estimate was bang on the money last year, the AFL one missed by a fair margin over all - the assumptions in the later part of the season, simply cant be applied to the early part.

The Storm pull their weight with viewers, crowds, memberships and overall popularity on social media. To say otherwise is bit silly
