Wests Tigers, with two Sunday afternoon games at Leichhardt, the Bulldogs at CommBank and Manly at Allianz should move up a bit before the end of season.

Titans will most likely get another decent uplift thanks to the Warriors in Round 25.

Roosters have Bulldogs & Rabbitohs matches to hopefully pull them closer to 25K.

Warriors, Sea Eagles & Broncos don't have much room to improve before the end of season, whilst Dolphins are likely to go down with a Kayo Stadium match still in play (especially with their match against Cowboys not selling strongly).

With the Bulldogs v Dragons match likely to drag down Canterbury's average (crazy that a likely 28K-30K game is seen as a negative), they'll be relying on Sea Eagles (Allianz) & Warriors to edge them closer to 35K. Sharks game in final round could be a big deal if somehow the Minor Premiership is back in play.

I take it from the games to play numbers that LU will be counting Allianz as a neutral venue for both Dogs & Tigers home games.

Manly having the 3rd highest Sydney average is wild.

Great job on getting their stadium full but Parra and souths should be ashamed of themselves.

Penrith get a pass because of stadium rebuild.

I've been told of a Sydney big 4 or 5 in the past but based on this year's numbers there is a big 2 and daylight to 3rd.

To be fair to Parra (yes, my team), they have been a basket case for years and yet still averaging over 16700.
They'd easily average 23 - 25000 if they had a run of success.

The 'big' classification comes more from the ability of those team's audiences to grow when they're going well versus anything else.

Unfortunately for a Manly, Sharks & Penrith, there is often very little uptick in their metrics when they're going well, versus when they're not.

On the flip side for the big clubs, their crowds can literally double. Arguably the Bulldogs are the most recent example of this, with their home crowds more than doubling since pre-COVID, as well the club has drawn some big away crowds as well. The likes of the Eels, Dragons & Wests Tigers have been similar at different points in the past couple of decades.

Unfortunately the powers to be running those clubs haven't yet developed a strategy for keeping those fans actively attending stadiums when they're not performing or have adopted strategies that have discouraged fans attending.

And just say if they had there old stadium and Commbank wasn't built they would have some great looking crowds.

Yeh commbank for its size is one of the best league grounds in the world

Imagine Brookie and parra stadium were swapped

And under Arthur the eels had their most success since Daniel Anderson in 2001

Dolphins look to have had decent sales overnight. Might make it to 21k ish, but not sure how the stadium members will show tonight. They'll be using their one game per weekend tolerance for the Wallabies vs Lions test on Saturday, unfortunately.

Dragons will climb that ladder next year after we host Anzac Day and another game at Allianz! Even with less than spectacular performances.
Wollongong capacity holding us back too.

I'm surprised how late Dolphins fans buy to the majority of their games. I'm not exactly sure what is contributing to it (could be things like knowing there are plenty of seats, being burnt by the club releasing cheaper bays closer to kick off, etc), but outside of the more popular matches, most of their casual sales happening 24-36hrs out from kick off.

I think it's a mix between the media in Brisbane being so Bronco-centric and the Phins ticketing & marketing team being below bog average (sorry if you are reading this Phins marketing team ha)

It was crazy rain for a period that seemed to hit every weekend. So punters would wait till the forecast was set before committing. That's change recently, but yeah it was terrible in Brisbane for a while.
