Cowboys logo says hold my XXXX...That's a shame. It is by far the worst logo in the competition. Every other club got rid of the disgusting cartoon logos years ago.

I believe St G Bank and the Dragons is the longest consecutive running sponsorship in the NRL. Surprised to hear it’s finished. Also another one announced earlier in the year Squadron Energy will move from the lower back position on the Dragons jersey in 2025, becoming the club's new 'major partner' (which I assume means front of jersey sponsor with St George Bank not renewing their agreement)
Dragons and Squadron Energy join forces in new partnership | Squadron Energy
Squadron Energy, Australia’s leading renewable energy company, has today joined forces with the St George Illawarra Dragons in a long-term partnership with a focus on community. The partnership kicks off this year with Squadron Energy joining the Red V as a partner in the ‘under number’...www.squadronenergy.com
I think they must have received a sweet deal back in the day or the classes came in after they did the logo. The Roosters emblem has a place in the modern game in my opinion. The logo as a whole, not so much. That said, I think I'd still prefer them revert to the Easts emblem of the early 90s or one similar.
What I'm kinda surprised about is that the current emblem still remains as it is. Any logo incorporating the Opera House in its design was going to need to pay the Opera House Trust (or whoever they are) a fair chunk of money as of some year around about now. Either the Roosters are happy to pay that fee to maintain their logo, or they'll have to change or amend their current one.
I’m hoping it’s just a case of it being a long term deal with the Opera House Trust that will soon expire and we revert back to the traditional rooster.I think they must have received a sweet deal back in the day or the classes came in after they did the logo.
Could revert to the 1995 logo (has a cartoon harbour bridge tho)I’m hoping it’s just a case of it being a long term deal with the Opera House Trust that will soon expire and we revert back to the traditional rooster.
lol yes, the crumbling bridge. Is there a harbour trust we don’t know about?Could revert to the 1995 logo (has a cartoon harbour bridge tho)
Who cares, Roosters sucklol yes, the crumbling bridge. Is there a harbour trust we don’t know about?

NQ is going years for 2025.Also, the 95 teams all celebrate 30 Years, although unsure which onès do seasons instead of years.
Edit- dammit forgot there's only 2 of them teams left.
I've always liked their 95 stripsNQ is going years for 2025.
The merch packs for members would indicate there is a new logo for 30years and the stripes on the lanyards/merch would make one believe there will be a 1995 theme............ I hope it extends into the jerseys as well.

They were very much of the "block & stripes" family that was popular in the early-mid 1990s (Penrith, Manly & Norths before then changed to designs in that family-tree of jersey design).I've always liked their 95 strips
Yes but the way they used their silver/grey stripes made them unique and now iconic, may even not famous, but to a RL fan, very iconic, so much so that as a Penrith fan myself, I bought their home and away versions of the heritage '95, which stands out better than the crap they've been wearing the past 4 seasonsThey were very much of the "block & stripes" family that was popular in the early-mid 1990s (Penrith, Manly & Norths before then changed to designs in that family-tree of jersey design).
An era where "modernising" jersey designs actually produced some great results.
No . Playing A GradeThey’re playing NSW Cup now?
