Looks like Under Armour has invested/bought shares in ISC.
Maybe this investment could see them get back into League, out side of the Raiders.

Based on that article, it sounds like Under Armour’s branding will gradually replace ISC’s. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them strike additional deals with other clubs - they really only have one team each in the NRL and AFL. It wasn’t that long ago that ISC had essentially half of both leagues.

Sounds like it will be like Belgravia/New Balance in the AFL where Belgravia produces everything and just uses New Balance’s branding. That business model must be working for them if ISC is trying to do the same thing, I guess.

They're in talks with at least one club that I know of - one that ISC has done previously. From what I understand their goal is to have two or three in both the AFL and NRL, but primarily they (ISC) want to use the UA branding to get into sports like soccer and basketball at the local levels where they haven't had a lot of traction.

I don’t understand why people are against matching the shorts the the jumper.

Yeah, while the all-yellow makes sense away against the Warriors (as they play in blue shorts and jersey at home) Parramatta could wear yellow jersey & blue shorts away against the Raiders for instance.

I don't personally have an issue with it (blue shorts would look better, though). It's more the loud opinions of those opposing it. With Parra seemingly against using gold in recent times, they could easily use the opinions as reason to stop using much gold in the future.

Good on them for bringing back a mostly gold jersey / kit.
