The worst one I've seen from Atkins was when he completely reffed the Raiders out of the game against the Storm about 3 or 4 seasons ago in Canberra.

Officials trying to ref teams out of games against Storm is not unusual. What about Gough v Dragons a few weeks ago? Fortunately he just wasn’t good enough on the day.
