Nothing wrong with Smith choosing to bat again last night. What is wrong and still very worrying is the inability to play the swinging ball. We wont be able to hide from it in 2019 when the next test tour to England comes around.
Name me another team that wouldn’t of struggled in those conditions????

Yet more luck for England and now 50 is up. Worst day of the series for Australia, utter shite all day

Irrelevant, Anderson and Broad had it swinging and nipping about in the 1st session today as well as last night.
As much as last night???

And we were already 4 down with our best two bats in the dressing room.

England 0 for 50 and doing it easy.

But yeah great call to bat again.

They had none of the luck and now they have all of it.

Basically 300 to go with all 10 wickets in hand.

Smith not enforcing the follow on has cost us the test and the Ashes. Mark my words.

How long before it’s squeaky bum time?

300 more by the way is not a hell of a lot. Steep, but with a good run rate it will climb down fast.
