I saw Khawaja score a fantastic 100 on an awful pitch in Tasmania last season where few others have even reach 50 all summer. He is seriously good. The kid can bat. He just needs to get through this nervous period.

In a more optimistic tone...Hughes survived an entire over against the best spinner in the world with a moon-like surface outside his off stump.
