Obviously that is completely different as the batsman is out of his crease during the motion of playing a shot. Bairstow's movement out had nothing to do with the game. As I said earlier I compare it with that "catch" even if the letter of the law says that is not a catch, we all know it was.

Even if the letter of the law technically says the ball was not dead, everyone who has ever played cricket knows in spirt the ball is dead in that context
