Khawaja has definitely improved his running between the wickets, and he's no worse in the field than Finch. Given he's the better batsman you still come out on top if he replaces Finch

I would replace Finch with Maxwell.

Big problem with the 9 comm team is the tone of voice of most of the commentators. Healy, Tubby, Clarke all just have horrible voices. Need more journalists with proper voice training, less ex cricketers with who talk like they're having a few schooners at the club
