Poor old Zimbos can't take a trick. They have pushed the field back and now Nicol and McCullum are just taking singles at will.

Quite the knock he is playing. Will he make it for the next WC? If not the move would be a waste as you would want to breed someone for the number 3 spot.

He'll do well to get to the next WC especially with all the injuries he's had. The WC is still another 3 years away so someone else could come along who isn't in the set-up atm.

This match is over as a contest after New Zealand absolutely destroyed and decimated a completely off-colour Zimbabwe.

Oram going to 3 was probably more in the context of this game. I doubt he's set for a future move there.

Big score for Nicol. I'd love to see him do something against formidable opposition before I change my position on him.

Yeah don't know what to make of Nicol's 2 ODI centuries so far. Nethula on now.
