Aside from Bell the England batsmen are either looking passed it or not ready for this level of competition.

For a neutral it is a little disappointing as the series may fade out towards the end once it becomes a foregone conclusion, much like the series earlier in England. Always better to see a close contest to the end.

Understandably, I'm sure the Aussies won't complain if they run through them for 5 games though.

They're on fire at the moment, but eventually through their second innings there will be lull in the match & fatigue will really set in.

If they put up even a small amount of resistance we could be in the field for 2 full days in a row. Monty is good entertainment value, and at least he's willing to get his body behind the ball.
