Well, provided he doesn't break down or is rested, he will have played 36 home tests to 13 tests away over the next little while

Couple of Dennis Lillees records will be broken next few months, and fairly easily by the looks of it

Fastest to 250 test wickets - 48 tests
Fastest to 300 test wickets - 56 tests

Murali has fastest to 350 - 66 tests

Good start from the Kiwis then India fought back, this is why test cricket is so much better than the pajama games.

Without Williamson I think about 300 will be too much for the Kiwis on these Indian pitches.

Kiwis getting rolled.

Meanwhile, Virat 'the GOAT' Kohli's test avg is hovering at around 44 after almost 50 tests.

Which just might make him the most overrated batsman in history.

Our batting line up looks horrible.

Guptil has never been a test cricket batsman, Nicholls is still not up to this level just yet IMO, Ronchi and Santer have no business being higher than 7 at the absolute best let alone being 5 and 6.

How are the Indians able to get away with their appealing? I was always told you are allowed one continuous appeal. These blokes run down the middle of the wicket often not looking at the umpire, and shout howzat over and over, even after the decision is made.

They own cricket, so can do whatever they want.

Think TBH that's part of their not wanting to use DRS, the pressure on umpires in India is immense, and I don't have data but home teams usually get the rub, and they would get it more than most.

Frustrating thing is we've shown good fight at times here, but ended with very comprehensive losses

At 6/106 in Indias 2nd dig, if NZ could have bowled them out for around 150 then game would have come down to the wire, that extra 100+ was too much in the end

Hopefully india's bowlers get burnt out by the time we get there and we can post good total of around 250 :p
