Such a low slow wicket, we are waiting for them to make a few mistakes it's that sort of pitch

Setting a target for SA to chase doesn't make any sense since Australia would still have another innings to go. Best chance of a result is a collapse in the next two innings.

That will be their plan when they bowl. Hopefully mentally strong guys like Rogers, Clarke, and now Smith can get big tons. With Doolan and Marsh improving from test one as well :)

God love us to belt 600 plus at 4 an over

If I had to pick one Batsman in the world to bat for 2 days to save my life I'd pick ABDV. That's concern number one.

Concern number two is this is the first time our much hyped attack has been tested on a low/slow track. The 1st test here was quick and bouncy, all the Aussie pitches are quick and bouncy compared to most of the world. This the first time they've been forced to really dig in and bend their backs. The result so far: Johnson, Harris and Siddle combining for 2 wickets in 72 overs.

We really need a big day from Lyon. He needs to bowl more or less unchanged and do it effectively. Because the only way the quicks will do damage is if they bowl in very short sharp bursts. Long spells on this track are a heart breaker.

Why is it that Duminy looks like a lemon agaisnt everybody but us.

When he hit that brilliant hundred in 2008 against us I thought he was going to be a superstar. Then 6 years of suck. And now he's scoring runs when we come to town.

Yeah...we're in deep sh*t here

Not really

Obviously pitch was made to be slow to stop the Johnsons rampage. It goes both ways, their bowlers should be ineffective as well, IF WE DONT PLAY STUPID SHOTS, we will get whatever they make and more

Lol, give a rest all you doomsayers. This pitch is f**ken garbage. Unless it falls apart, this will be one of the most boring draws in cricket history. No wonder nobody goes to watch it live.
