All jokes aside, would Perry do better than Levers Marsh?

I reckon she could at least match his performances.

Meg Lanning would do better overseas than most Aussie batsmen too.
Its fun to joke but women cant match men at sport. The Matildas got spanked 7-0 against the Newcastle jets under 15s

Australia's quicks are very good but on anything other than roads the batting is comical, including the vaunted Smith and Davey dumb dumb
So Warner hasnt scored big runs against SA away, Smith hasnt scored big runs in England? We are shit, but why didnt your mob beat us in Australia or in NZ?

Anywhere aside fro those 3 countries, only only on flat decks

Has Warner scored a 100 outside Australia?

Mighty mighty orstralia lose once more.

Half the team should be shown the door.

They can’t play swing or spin.

They play rubbish shots that belong in the bin.

Congratulations to Steve Smith becoming the first Australian captain to lose a test series against Sri Lanka.

Don’t worry Voges, there will be some flat decks dished up back home to get your inflated average back up.

Warner scored back to back tons in SA, Cape Town i think it was. Maybe other big scores over there too.
Smith hasnt scored a ton on the subcontinent yet, but had runs pretty much everywhere else

I think we just need to go back to the way it was about 15-20 years ago. Gabba a greentop with swing, Perth had some swing and heaps of bounce, MCG had green on the wicket early and then dry out a bit as time went on, Adelaide has always been flat and dry which should change to be more like Sydney was, Sydney used to be green early then dry the f**k out and spin like buggery.
They will never go back to the way things were, we produce roads so tests can last 5 days and nine can get there money's worth. Who cares if we can't play away as long as we win at home and we gets crowds at summer that's all that matters.

we've got a sub continent type pitch at our academy but it really hasn't helped us much, probabaly because our spin bowlers are shit and no where near as good as the real sub continent bowlers

this need to be addressed if we are going to benefit from it

You would think our batsmen would be able to handle spin after facing the great Nathan Lyon in the nets on daily basis

Not only do they suck overseas, but you don't even see a good Aussie rearguard anymore.

Away from home Australia can't seem to reach a second new ball in the 2nd dig.

Jason Gillespie used to put up more resistance at no.8 than any current Aussie top 6 batsman ever does now.

And also in the modern era Wicket Keepers are also meant to be a 7th batsmen and not just solely a keeper but Nevill is averaging 22.

Watching Peter Nevill play makes me really, really miss Adam Gilchrist.

f**k, it even inspires a longing to see Adam Parore once more.

Poor old Nevill is a keeper-batsman straight out of the 1940s or 1950s. He's Don Tallon or Wally Grout reincarnate.
