I doubt anyone would've tackled Utai for his try. He just got lucky by slipping at the crucial moment.

BTW- Ryan is well and truly under his skin. Ryan's try (off Manu's error) put Manu out for the count. You have to hand it to Ryan, the sledger.
Manu makes one error and everyone wants to hang him again??? I thought (apart from the obvious) he had a solid game with some great runs. Or am I forgetting something?
Manu showed some serious anger at Beau. There was one instance when Ryan was held by two of our guys and Manu hit him from the side with a big shoulder, Ryan stayed down for a while. And other occasions he looked like he wanted to start a fight with Beau.
Definitely. After the game when the players were shaking hands you could see Beau tried to stop and talk to Manu and Manu didn't seem too interested. Then Beau got interviewed by Freddy and he was basically sucking up to Manu- he described his try off Manu's error as "lucky" tried to shift focus to how Manu beat him for the Henry try, and said something like "that's what happens when you go up against the best like Manu Vatuvei".
It seems like Beau has said/done something in the past to annoy Manu, and either he realizes he did something wrong or he's worried about Manu smashing him, so he's backpedalling frantically.
one error?
1. fumbles a grubber kick, from which they score
2. drops a high bomb leading to a attacking scrum from which they score
3. fails to tackle Utai 1:1 in the corner from which they score
cause & effect at critical points of the game,
if i made those errors back at school playing 1st XV, deadset I'd be dropped to the bench.
was good watching him literally try and snap Moltzen and Beau Ryan in half though....
