Exactly, Hagan and Anderson were shit at recruiting and let our once first class junior system fall apart. Kearney started rebuilding it last year so hopefully Ricky can continue to work that is needed. Replacing the management isn't going to be a quick fix and isn't always the answer.

Agree 100%. We are in this position because of the current board, not hagan, DA or SK. The board f**ked up, and will continue to do so. Time for them to go and be replaced with people with a clue.

If the board needed 18 months to work out SK wasn't the right man for the job, we as fans have had 30 months to recognize what amateurs they really are. Yet some people are still in denial, or just go against the grain for the love of an argument.

We finished last and are a joke, who the f**k said nothing bad has happened. But how in the hell is it all the board fault??? Always easy to have a scapegoat we have been mostly rubbish since 07. It all started with the recruitment of Hagan who turned this club to shit and besides Haynes golden run we have been a joke for 5 seasons. Thats 3 coaches, recruitment guys, players and 2 boards IMO. Read Hindys book the culture has been rubbish since BS left.

No, they punted a decent coach without a fair go, and replaced him with a rookie.

They also turned our club into a laughing stock,a circus and unattractive to off contract players. Much worse than hiring a dud coach.

Talk about a poster being in denial or loving an argument, it didn't take you long to respond.

At the end of the day, they should be shown the door. That simple.

putting the CEO of the club's sponsor on the board pretty much takes the cake for me ... he was not elected .... and he had his fingers very heavily in all sorts of shit .... sorry but to me it's just asking for trouble to get the head of your major sponsor in to make the decisions ... and we supposedly have all these other huge sponsors just ready to jump on board - more bullshit - lied to get in, keep on lying, keep on f**king shit up

An agenda is when you ask your two most senior players about the coach only to renege and listen to Duncan. At least Hagan made a semi and even in 2008 was in contention until Round 22 not favorites for the spoon in Round 3. I remember round 3 well. A board member was asked what would happen to Kearney if we got the spoon and he arrogantly replied "we won't get the spoon."

Hagan was handed one of the the best rosters in the game and in just 18 months the damage was done, Ando did an amazing job in 09 but we overachieved big time. If Hayne hadnt of played the greatest footy of all time over a 12 week period we would have probably finished around 12th. The same we did in 10, he had no answers unfortunately neither did his replacement. They have gone out and hired the best coach on the open market and by the looks a very good support staff. They have made mistakes but do did the old
mob. But I have been saying for years Hagan sent this club back 5 years.

Mate, hagan left f**king four years ago. Surely we still shouldn't be feeling the effects of his inept coaching,
recruitment and retention.

Teams have won the spoon and gone on to be world beaters within two years.

The common denominator in a poor 2010, 11 and 12 is our admin.

We are the worst run club in the nrl, and possibly the country.

Time for these turds to be replaced. And no, not by fitzy.
