Hazelwood was by far and away the best bowler last night. That was his test too, everyone knows he will be good on the bouncier pitches, but now we have seen him be effective on a flat track.

Very true, yet if you look at the stats, Starc bowled better because he got one more wicket albeit tailenders.

This is why stats can be misleading as Haze's wickets, the main one being Amla, was much more significant and set up a win for us.

Haze was the pick and created wickets for guys like Starc, but Starc still looked like he bowled quite well
