We should have been pushing for at least 300 with the start we had ... unfortunately the only way we would have that total is if Clarke and Haddin stayed in and didn't let the Victorians come in.

Of course, knowing the stupidity of the selectors, they will advise that since the middle order sucks so much, Clarke and Haddin must be put down the order to prop up the middle order and promote Dussey and White to open.

I wish we had more faith in Ferguson, he should've come in at 4, above both Victorians, it's a tough ask coming in to bat in your first 2 internationals and be expected to go from the first ball. Hopefully him and Huss can put on 70 in this last 10 and get us up towards 300, though realistically we'll be setting around 280-290.

What a crock of shyte white is, 25 ODI yet to register a 50, what other specialist batsman would get away with that

Because the selectors are a bunch of genuine, fully fledged dickheads.

Nothing new there. None the less hes doing the best we have seen from a number 7 in sometime. Not hard when the 7 is usually White!
