5 run outs.

Sensational fielding from us. Pleasantly surprised by NZ's performance in this ODI series.

Obviously the saffas picked up a few pointers about running between the wickets from playing us recently.

I think South Africa were being a bit ambitious with their selections. No Kallis, Steyn or Amla especially after being 1-0 down was a poor call, this was almost a B team.

Hats off to NZ though, always producing miracles after hitting the absolute pits.

We also had a B team. No Ryder, Taylor, Southee or Vettori.

:) A few months ago, South Africa were top of the ODI rankings, now I know India are, I'm not sure where South Africa have fallen to, but they have shown which end of the ladder they belong at the moment with some ordinary ordinary performances.

Currently 3rd equal with Australia/Sri Lanka so you'd have to assume one of those teams will go ahead seeing as they're playing each other today.

For NZ, we have finally climbed into 8th spot above the might of Bangladesh.

this dead rubber is happening now. New Zealand won the toss and are batting, Guptill out for 5 and now that he's gone, watch the overall performance of New Zealand drastically improve. Run rate is low at the moment 17/1 after 7

there has bee a lot of dot balls so far in this match. I noticed after 8 overs there had been 40 dots. Sout of 48 legitimate balls bowled, only 8 of them were scored from:crazy:. I think the rate has improved a bit since then, not significantly though. But there is still so much time left and the balls are still new ... etc, New Zealand are currently 2 wickets down for 27 after 11.2
