Fantastic batting by Younis, such a legendary batsman and a great to watch, no doubt this is the last time we sill see him in Australia. One of my fav batsmen in the world.

And f**k me I'm getting sick of Warne sucking Lyon's dick in the commentary, I've never heard any commentator with agenda's like Warne. He talked up Misbah's wicket and how Lyon set him up and blah blah wank wank. It was a f**king terrible shot, end of story. Lyon was lucky it wasn't 6. And then he goes on the rubbish SOK, he should never commentate again.

Credit to Lyon though I thought he bowled well with the new ball at the end of the day, fist time I've ever really seen him bowl like a real spinner.

I didn't watch much but from what I did see he looked pretty average.

No better than Wade.

With thr way he's going with the bat I'd never burden him with the gloves.

Only way you would is if a few gun batsman pop up and you need to fit them all in.

Evidently, you have not heard of the Marsh brothers...

FML - I just died a little inside...

What are you talking about? Everyone knows stats are completely irrelevant and mean absolutely nothing, cricket is all about how much the fans like you as a player....

You blokes need to get down and watch some junior cricket. A kid down here in the capital blasted 1400* and then won an epic 5 set marathon 110-108 on the same day. JJ was there and watched it all.

To be perfectly honest mate, the form I'm in lately I think I need to get down and play some junior cricket....

Probably still get out in the 30s.

Missed the entire day, busy at work...how did Handscomb go with the gloves?

Like a part time keeper who had not kept for a while, no threat to Wade for mine, as bad as Wade is.
Very unorthodox, much like his batting. Feet very wide apart like his batting stance and not good down the leg side when Lyon was getting a lot of turn with balls going down leg side. He doesn't squat, he stands up like an indoor keeper. Copped a bit of criticism for it but I dont see an issue as you have to stand up anyway so why squat in the first place. Heals kept saying you have to stay down as long as you can but I've never agreed with that on the basis that your head is moving all the time which is something best avoided imo.

A lot of clickbait site suggesting he could keep and we can add another batsman like Smarsh for India but his keeping would not be up to standard to turning pitches in India. I dont think even our selectors would be that stupid.

Looking out the office window it's pissing down in Parramatta and the weather seems to be coming from east so I'm guessing we're looking at another delayed start to play on Day 4... Meant to clear later in the day...

Probably a 2:30 start again.

The outfield will be more wet than yesterday.

Hopefully it'll stop raining at 1pm.
