Bird, Pattinson, Siddle, Cummins (if fit), Starc, Hazelwood, Cutting...that is enough and all are more deadly accurate than Johnson!

England is 3-4 months away, yes they will all be fit by then. If there was another week Hazelwood would have been fit for this test. Cummins is due back in the Indian ODI's.

This is the 2nd innings. This should be Lyon Time. And it's not. He lacks anything even resembling penetration.

On a pitch that isn't fantastic for quicks this is where we need him and he's got nothing.

All of a sudden they could be even with us with just 1 wicket down. They could post a very competitive total that we'll need to chase on day 4 and we'll be facing a real spinner on a day 4 dry wicket.

Lyon is a liability. BUT the frustrating thing is there is no other option. I really hope someone steps up in the remaining shield games. If we have no other full time spinner we're going to struggle in India.

Each to their own, I prefer Jim Maxwell and a few others to be honest, I hate O'Keefe making it a comedy out there all the time, as I said he is good in small doses
