West Indies finished day 2 137/6 trailing by 232. I assume they didn’t have many/any interruptions.

    The great man Cornwell batting

Beautiful down the ground boundary off Broad, delightful shot
Followed up with a Kallis like forward defensive stoke
Then a nice drive for a couple

I raced home from a birthday to get a glimpse of him batting... Missus asking me why was cheering at the TV..

Well it was from when I saw this glorious sight, until his ultimate demise..

I could have watched him bat all night, pretty good eye and technique and aggressive.
Love to see him in the Big Bash.

    Lost interest once he departed..

Same here, switched off after his LBW... plumb.

His drive for 4 off Broad was superb. Got the red mist a bit after that carving a few drives at 90 degrees over cover/point. But yeah his technique is very good.

Kemar Roach became the 9th West Indian to reach 200 wickets and the first since Curtly Ambrose in 1994.

    A pretty decent effort.

Is it the law that a rain delay must result in a replay of Australia vs NZ?

West Indies a day to bat.
    England 8 wickets to take.
    The trophy at stake.
    Will it piss down again?

    Probably.

I went to school with his nephew. At the time he was towards end of his career circus 91/92. Heaps of freebies.
