If its any consolation

Australia cannot possibly play any worse than they did when they fielded and bowled yesterday

It was a Canberra Raiders vs Gold Coast Titans moment for them

If theres a change in the character of the pitch (which happens on the subcontinent) Australia could restrict India's lead (and India look more than likely to get a lead) to around 50 or something

but that doesnt bode well for the Australia second innings if the pitch changes character
