The endless English attacking philosophy involves putting everyone on the boundary when the #8 with 50 is on strike 😂😂😂
Philosophy ie they are always moving the game forward yet they only get 82 overs in on a sunny day yesterday.

Stokes is taking the piss with the over-rates

Just because a test finishes in 4 days shouldn't mean they can't bowl 90 overs in a day.

Henry gets Crawley (as usual) and Duckett in quick succession, 33/2

Sentimentality getting in the way of pushing for victory here with Southee being kept on. Absolute madness when that approach has already blown two tests. I guess it shows how little Stead cares about getting results.

And Young really steadying the ship as it were, as opposed to how Conway has been playing

Really curious as to what Ravindra did to get so under the English bowler’s skin- Stokes, Potts and especially Carse were into him

Maybe just asking for protection from a tail ender and then for the most part batting like one himself?

Scoring 100 against them in Ahmedabad in the ODI world cup perhaps.

Part of the plan is probably to get him off his game by getting stuck into him.

is that his call?
Dunno, they’d ask him?

I don’t see a need for a declaration yet, tbh, more about having enough overs to bowl them out and ensuring they have zero chance

Test 1, the dropped catches and poor batting is coming back to haunt us… ground the bowlers down now but too little too late
