Australia now join Sri Lanka's 3 other oppositions that they have swept a 3 test series against. The other dud nations include the now crap West Indies, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh.

Herath is a really good bowler... but not quite as good as the flat track champs made him look... that's an elite group of 4 test playing nations that Sri Lanka have swept at home.

The Aussies are truly useless if the ball does anything off the pitch... the Ashes showed that, but these three tests were just embarrassing - the vaunted Warner, Burns, Khwaja, Smith, Don, Marsh were pretty appalling...

Actually, all jokes aside, if Jason Gillespie was still around I'd have picked him to bat at no.4 in this Aussie side on these pitches.

He scored a double ton in Bangladesh. No current Aussie bat could do that.

Nothing will change with Australia. We smash everyone on benign australian pitches (especially warner whose average at home is 60 and away in the 30s) think we're world class, yet when the ball deviates a fraction we are shown up.

Which is funny because we give India shit for saying "wait til you play us on our pitches" when its all we've got too.

The form cycles of the team felt a lot worse when all the greats retired and we were in that transition period, its as bad as ever yet this is normal now.
